A: Yes, delivery orders require an order minimum of $90. For pickup orders, there’s no minimum, making it easy to grab exactly what you need!

A: We offer delivery for a flat fee of $35. For larger events with orders of $350 or more, a 10% delivery fee will apply (this fee is separate from gratuity). If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to reach out to us at catering@eatnaya.com to discuss pick-up options.

A: The NAYA Rewards Program lets you earn points with every purchase that can be redeemed for free meals and exclusive offers. Every $100 spent through the app earns you a sweet $9 credit towards future orders. The more you love NAYA, the more you're rewarded!
Q: How do I join the NAYA Rewards Program?
A: It’s easy to join! Just download the NAYA app, create an account, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the Rewards Program. You can start earning points right away with your first purchase. You’ll also get $5 credit on your first app order!
Q: How do I earn points?
A: You’ll earn points for every purchase made through the NAYA app or by scanning your rewards QR code at checkout in-store.
Q: How can I redeem my points?
A: Points can be redeemed for free meals directly through the NAYA app. Once you’ve accumulated enough points, simply select your reward during checkout to apply it to your order.
Q: Can I use my rewards for any menu item?
A: Yes! You can redeem your rewards points for any of our menu items, whether it’s a bowl, salad, roll, or one of our delicious hot appetizers and desserts.
Q: Can I use my rewards with delivery orders?
A: You can earn and redeem points for pickup orders made through the NAYA app, but points cannot be applied to orders placed through third-party delivery platforms.

A: You can easily track your points balance and rewards progress by logging into the NAYA app, then heading to “Scan” in the menu bar. The app will show you your current points and available rewards right under the QR code.
