DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD A NEW APP?
Yes! Starting on May 18, 2021 the new NAYA app will be live in the Apple App
Store and Google Play Store
HOW DO I MIGRATE MY REWARDS FROM LEVELUP AND/OR THE NAYA ORDER STORE TO THE NEW NAYA APP?
We’ll take care of it for you! Your earned rewards are geמּing migrated automatically, and you will be rewarded for up to $99 in spend from your existing account with NAYA. When first signing up for the new app, you’ll need to use the email address previously associated with your NAYA loyalty program in order to access your earned rewards.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND OR A COPY OF MY RECEIPT?

• Restaurant location
• Date and time your visit
• Transaction amount

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRANSACTION HISTORY?
Click on “Account” or the liמּle person icon on the top right of the app home screen and select “Order History”.
HOW DO I GET LOYALTY CREDIT FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES?
Click on “Pay” on the menu bar at boמּom of screen. You will be able to scan the QR code on the app to earn NAYA App Rewards. Please note you must have a form of payment setup on the app.
HOW DO I SHARE MY CONCERN ABOUT FOOD QUALITY, DELIVERY OR MY IN-STORE EXPERIENCE?
